Only just recovering from last night. To a man the team were IMMENSE!!! Kenny - most definitely having a party with some top drawer saves and a few for the photo album! Taiwo - boomed his way through the match with some unorthodox but effective defensive tactics, a literal giant against the Spud munchkins. Hill - We just like watching him, nuff said. Ferdinand - We said his name, here, there everywhere, in tandem with Hill unbeatable. Onuoha - a few wobbles, but 100% commitment to the cause, never once shirked, (needs a song). Barton - As Ferdinand, here, there, everywhere, playing like a captain should. Derry - My Lord, thank you. Diakite - The way he glides passed opponents is a sight to behold, and he's learning how to tackle! Taraabt - Too good for them and clearly too good for Tw@ttenburg. Mackie - An example in the pressurising and harassment of defenders to win the ball and take them on. Assou-Ekoto sh@t himself everytime Mackie was on him, so much so that he couldn't take any more of and was taken off! Zamora - Ran his socks off, could have done better with a few opportunities, but totally committed. Buszaky - Again staked a claim to start. Home Supporters: Made Loftus Road into an intimidating cauldron of noise and support - Definitely influenced the tone and fighting spirit of the team. To those who were there - you know what happened yesterday, despite all the media b****x. To those who weren't, and were supporting in spirit, the boys did us proud. YOOOUUUU RRRRRSSSS!!!!! Bring on the Chels****!!!! (Apologies for the long post - am still buzzing from yesterday!) | |
