Koeman is probably the best they have had recently but - if memory serves - The Toffees managed to buy two very expensive no. 10s at the same time on his watch. That seemed bizarre to me. |  |

Yes, you couldn't fault the Koeman appointment at the time based on what he'd done at Southampton the previous two seasons getting them to 7th and then 6th. He also had a reasonable first season at Everton getting them to 7th. [Post edited 6 Dec 2019 13:50]
