We are giving away a table for 4 at the w12 club, to include food and drink. This is for any game in December or January, for anybody who can beat our grandfather of 94 being the oldest living Rangers fan. Look forward to the response.

Tony.

Sounds like one of those scams where you give a prize that gets everyone out of the house and they come home to find the place burgled

Beat your grandfather? Why, has he been naughty?

George Gristwood still lives round the corner from the ancestral home of the Planethonneywoods. I’d be surprised if he beats 96; I think he’s a relative Johnny-come-lately of mid- to late-80s.

Only realised this through his daughter in law, Adrienne, and by our Rangers' connection with her on my leaver's do in July! Also, discovered that I know her cousin who lives in Epsom-scary!
PS My mum is 91 in December and still attends; the way we're playing right now she'll probably get a game!

I met George earlier at the under 23 game. George (or Dennis ?!!!!) is a mere 88 while his brother is only 91.
