You don't want to admit being on the far right mate.

No, I was the Fulham fan on the far right of a Bristol City stand.

What was your take on the game Konk? I assume you were in that stand to the right of us.

Front row blatant in his Bristol shirt. A steward came and had a word and I presume he was either ejected or moved to the home en, unless I misunderstood what was going on.

In the early norties at Ashton Gate in the old away end there was a Bristol fan in his home shirt blatantly hurling abuse at all around him. Think he was eventually ejected but not one Rangers fan touched....big bugger built like a para

On balance, I think you were the better side in the first half. Played some nice, quick, incisive football, but let down by the final ball/finishing. I thought City had the better of the second half, but you still played some decent stuff going forward - if Bentley hadn't tipped that header over, I could have seen you getting a draw, and that wouldn't have been unfair. The first goal looked a good finish and the second goal was a collective co ck-up - poor decision with the throw, poorly dealt with by the defender and then a sliced clearance by Lumley. City didn't look all that to me and on that performance, I'd expect you to be mid-table-ish.

Yes, I think that is about right. It is always worth hearing a neutrals view as I am probably (no scrub that, ridiculously) biased. My mate overheard one Bristol fan telling the other it was a comfortable win which was never the case.

Mid-table-ish? The Promised Land, you mean.
