My two penneth worth. The Championship is not awash with money. Chair won't go anywhere , with his current legal problems JCS, clubs will want to see another injury free season. Wholesale changes don't generally work. Armstrong has got worse not better. That cross from the byline that went for a throw was about ten feet too high. Sorry he is just a big athlete with boots on.
There wasn't a Loft when Iv first went. Used to be a brick wall at the front and all the kids were lifted over it. Health and Safety would have a field day now with loads of kids behind the goal and almost on top of the pitch
He is reputedly on £22k at Newcastle. He has been told he is not wanted there and has had two not very good loan spells elsewhere. Here he is wanted so anything might be possible. As for Willock I'm sure he thinks he is better than he is. Most games he is just an average player living off reputation. Personally I think he will eventually land up at an middling Championship side.
Our pitch is 22nd in area size. Rotherham and, surprisingly, Birmingham are smaller than us. Hull have the largest playing area followed, again surprisingly, Ipswich.
So people want ownership and control? Where's the money coming from? Or do you want to use other peoples money but give them no say in how it's spent. Or do you imagine turning an immediate profit?
Part of the trouble is the Government will appoint one of their cronies. More than likely middle aged female, from a small town, who knows absolutely nothing about football but once played hockey for East Lancing schoolgirls.
