Spot on. They forget that all their financial power comes from us, the fans and their very existence stems from our love for the game. We need a revolution like a fan boycott of an entire round of fixtures by every supporters club. A dozen empty stadia would get their attention. Power to the people!

England need to figure out a way to beat Spain’s high press. I’d start Watkins or Toney up front to give them an out ball. Both are quicker than Kane too so Spain would have to defend deeper thereby creating more space in midfield.

I enjoy watching England and am glad when they do well. I can only imagine the incredible pressure they must be under and to witness the unrestrained joy after the successful penalty shootout was great to see. I hope England win the whole thing as it would be great for football as well as getting rid of a very old monkey off your back.

If Eze gets the winner in the final you’ll hear a very loud “Urrrs!” all the way from East Brisbane.

Still think Spain are the best team I've seen. I reckon the eventual winner will come from Germany v Spain in the quarters. England have the squad to improve but they just seem to lack the right mentality. France or Portugal - maybe?

I fcking hate VAR. How can you be gaining an offside advantage if your toe is the wrong side of an imaginary line and how can a ball brushing your finger be a penalty? What a sick joke!

BBC saying again that Spurs are in for Eze and will pay out his release clause. Was it 60m? Nice little chunk of cash for us if true. From what I know of Ange, Ebs is definitely a Postecoglou type player - fast, skilful and technical.

I have a Thai friend (Buddhist) who once said to me that any place or race or culture you feel an affinity with or dream about they believe is evidence of a past life. As a Christian I don’t believe in reincarnation but “if” it was true, it would certainly explain a few things that I’ve experienced on my travels. Would certainly explain why we’re attracted to specific cultures and places but not all of them.

Guess we’ll all find out for ourselves one day 😇

I love football but fck I hate all the diving. It’s laughable watching big strapping lads 6 foot 5 and 120 kilos falling over at the slightest touch. Some of the refs seem to be wising up a bit to it but all it is, is cheating. Single worst thing about our sport.
