I can think of a shed load of things more irritating than Arteta. If you want to go with annoying Managers on the side line think Mourhino, Nathan Jones, Warnock (except when he was ours), Scott Parker's outifts are worse, Tim Sherwood. For tactics, anyone who has managed Knob End in the last decade, Russel Edwards, Pulis, Alladyce, McLaren (especially when he was ours). Or in general, the length of time it takes for VAR to make a decision, goalies going down with fake injuries to get a time out, Knob End shithousing, inconsistancy of refereeing, any kit made by Nike, the cost of any kit made by Nike And pribably a lot of other things a lot more irritating that Arsenals manager... |

What do you learn from a (single) training session though? The only advantage could be regatding set pieces maybe? But thats only a small part of the game. I doubt Boro will be chanigng formation for the playoffs. You would probably leanr more from.watxhing the games on TV. But the point is there is a rule about it. So they shouldnt have done it. So they should be punished. |

Well yes... and no. Trust me im not going to defned the medical team here. but i am sticking up for proper use of statistics. Chair is an outliner here. He was out for most of the season it felt like. He played in 15 games ish? So you could pair Chair with just one of those players and not see a massive difference in the argument. Especially when you also consider that Burrell only became a regular starter in the Autumn. To me the killer argument would be about non contact (i.e. musular) injuries, which are very preventable. And yet i can think of at least 5 players who had hammy injuries. One particular player appeared to have 4 of them! [Post edited 7 May 15:34]

We have been here before. Im getting a little tired of the posturing coming from him (and his dad?) If he doesnt want to be here then sell him. Better than having him around bringing the place down. Becuase if he stays we will be having yet another Kolli off thread in the next transfer window. |
 | Forum Reply | Where’s the progress? at 12:55 3 May 2026
Having 2 strikers we own getting to 10 goals each is definitely progress. Madsen was progress. Several sellable assets is progress (all be it there are some players like Celar who have done the opposite). Being close to the playoffs most of the year and nowhere near relegation is progress. Totally accept the end of the season was the dampest of damp squibs but we arebetter off now than this time last year. |

I forgot about Field... yes he is highly likley to leave. Note that Burrell is beong linked with a move on line |
 | Forum Thread | Summer sales at 09:00 23 Apr 2026
Not rumors, thats for the other thread, just idle speculation on who is likley to go this summer for actual money, not released, not end of contract. We have to sell someone this summer afterall. There has been year long speculation about Varane, and i think he'll go too. I also have a sneaky feeli g someone will.offer serious cash for Madson and we wont be able to resist. I laso reckon one of Vale or Chair will be sold. So overall our midfield will be very different i reckon. I wouldnt be surprised if someone bought one of our stikers, Burelll, Kone or Kolli. The later is most likely for me. Wouldnt be surprised if Dunne gets sold too. So.ithink we will have 3 or 4 big sales this summer. Plus minor sales for Alfie Lloyd and Cooper. |

My father still wears a shirt and tie around the house. He is 86. He also calls himself "Professor [insert surname]", even though he isnt. He was an academic, but wasnt a professor, but he is obsessed with job titles and appearance. |

Sorry Dutch but he is right. OOC will have links to HS2, Lizzy Line, plus Wiilsden Junction has Bakerloo plus 2 overground lines. Both stations would be within the "strolling distance" the 4 stations but only 3 lines LR has. There is a measure us transport planners use. Passenger transport accessibilty level or PTAL. OOC site varies from 4s and 3s (max is 6) and the odd bit of the site is 2 (currently) but will be improved once the new station is completed and would probably go up to 4s and 5s. For comparision, LR is currently 4, but what PTAL doesnt count is the options for travle, it counts a station as a station. As i said above the options would be much greater as rhere would.be more lines. I accept Willesden Junction is crap, but there are some plans to improve that, and QPR would need to contribute towards that. |
