Never been one to want an armed force but we have now reached a stage where the 'scum bags' rule our streets, both city and country.
My brother is a serving officer and cannot say we as youngsters were ever what you might call 'angels' but the 'plod' always got the respect they deserved.
If not arming the police a 'National Guard' that can be brought in to deal with the 'big boys',drug dealers and organised crime groups no matter what 'community' they base their dishonest, murderous activities in.
The NG can be highly trained, armed if need be but go in places and ask questions after rounding up whoever falls within their net.
Sorry not the place to really vent my anger but though the boys in blue have not always made themselves at all lovable its now reaching a stage where all respect has gone completely and why anyone would want their job must really see things so so differently to what I see.

I can hear the groans, yep still around but keeping very much a back seat, still enjoy all of Clive's musings and of course the board wouldn't be LFW without the input from all the other reprobates that make this such a splendid source of all things that makes the world go round.
Now there's been a few games little bit easier to form an opinion on where better odds on games may be, my usual pick of teams I think are reasonable price, so a punt using small stakes can be a bit more rewarding, than very short odds on favourites
Thought I'd have a go at correct scores as well this week, hard enough to find winners at reasonable odds but for very small stakes returns are pretty good, Winning the Lottery is millions to one so me getting the correct scores I choose probably similar
Sheff Utd Bristol City Newport County Stevenage
Sheff Utd 2-0 Bristol City 3-1 Newport County 2-0 Stevenage 3-0
Not easy this week to find likely winners at a decent price with any certainty, but will stick my neck out with a five timer, only a small stake needed for a decent return, so fingers well & truly crossed.
We are odds on today, but with our injury problems too short to risk a punt but then we have unbeaten home record so I suppose on paper the bookies are taking no chances.
After last week's crap selections better off just sticking to picking me nose, probably miss and poke me eye out knowing my luck.
Missing the LFW betting guru, so your stuck with my off the wall tips. Trying to avoid the short odds on 'bankers' and look for a few where the odds are a little better and a small stake can give a reasonable return if a winner.
