tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2021760 viewsbatman

Not for us, but for Bury.
i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto
BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged
only Wednesday this week.
looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

That QWERTY bloke is deffo my new favourite bury poster. I know I said I wouldn’t take the piss but he’s broken me.

I had to tell my 5 year old at the weekend to stop telling tales and I’ve just had flashbacks. What a fookin oddball.

Grow up.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Dales has a few interviews recently, it’d be nice for his next interviewer to actually ask him if he intends on making a profit on the sale. And also if he plans to do as RAFCBLUE has stated is a possibility earlier on in this thread.

That's pretty smart marketing

There'll be a few rooting in their bins for last season's discarded ST

It'll also offer bury fans the opportunity to size up the type of opposition they might expect after reformation

They're being inundated with kind offers, Curzon Ashton are letting bucket season ticket holders in for nothing on Saturday. Talk about being spoilt for choice.

Can you remember what it's called?

Ihad to throw out a load of books last time i moved house so dont have it any more but i think it might be the “richer than god” book.

What i found interesting was they were way ahead of that lot from stretford in coming up with financial shenanigins.

They were not only noisier than thier neighbours but smarter as well.

Seems most won't be in a position to take them up anyway as it will clash with Jarrow march 2?

I have to say everything you have posted on here and on your board and the way you presented and represented your club on breakfast tv has been a credit to you. If all Bury fans were as grounded, realistic and level-headed as you …………?

Listening to 5live and an unhappy shaker wants 1000 bury fans protesting on Gigg Lane car park on Saturday. If no one is there to listen what would that achieve?

How odd. When questioned about their acquiescence when the warnings about SD1 became clear in the accounts, bury fans said "what can we do?" They were powerless by their own admission. No protests or demonstrations or campaigning back then. There was a ride to enjoy.
So if by their own definition they can't do anything, why protest now outside the stable door once the horse has bolted?

This thread was all about warning the shakers that the empire was being hastily built on sand foundations.

It really is no surprise they are where they are, the biggest surprise is SD1 shuffled the cash pack for so long.

No mention on Beardy of the £3 million car park money that's still unaccounted for.

No mention of the £200k owed to good honest people who thought they had tickets the that BL9 farce.

There is ZERO chance SD2 ( who is most likely in cahoots with SD1 ) will want an external auditor to be going over the accounts and clubs finances with a fine tooth comb. What would come out could be catastrophic for SD1 hence the CVA so the whole saga rumbles on.

I suspect there is to much to unravel now. Morally bankrupt years ago now they are like a Zombie club that is stumbling punch drunk into oblivion.

Whilst I detested SD1 and all the big balled shakers thinking they were bigger than they are.... I do feel for the few genuine supporters who very soon are likely to be without a club unless they change allegiance to Radcliffe or Rammy.

The clock is now seriously ticking.

what a soap opera.

No ride that I ever want to be part of at Dale.

If Bury do cease to exist at some point, you’d be very welcome at Spotland as a regular!

Also, I had to chuckle when reading today that when Sheffield United signed Leon Clarke from Bury they couldn’t match the wages he was on at Bury! And they wonder why they’re in trouble now.

Takeover reported to be 'closer' according to Alan Nixon on Twitter. Quite what you can read into that, is anyone's guess...

Some good points in here.
I’d completely forgotten about BL9 Weekender (not burying my head in the sand or blissful ignorance, just so much has gone on). Were people who paid for a ticket not refunded then? How did that work, can you remember? Was it a separate company or ran by one of Days?
Ditto the parking scheme/scam - how come these people aren’t creditors in the CVA?

If Bury do go to the wall what happens to the ground and the
Stadium with regards to a possible phoenix club being formed!

Will the newly formed club have to look or somewhere else to play!
Or.
Would they have to build a new ground! Perhaps ground share at Radcliffe Borough!

My all time favourite Dale player Mr Lyndon Symmonds
