Season Ticket Deadline
Just a public service reminder to everyone who hasn't already paid but intends to - don't miss the above date and lose your seat/deposit.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticket Office, or by calling 08448261907 (option 8). Tickets ordered over the phone can be collected at Fratton Park on the day of the match. Fees apply on tickets bought over the phone.
Opening Times for Season Tickets
Thursday 20th 9am to 5pm
Friday 21st 9am to 5pm
Saturday 22nd 9am to 2pm (home v Middlesboro)
Monday 24th 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 25th 9am to 6:30pm (home v Barnsley)
Wednesday 26th 9am to 5pm
Thursday 27th 9am to 5pm
Friday 28th 9am to 5pm
Saturday 29th - midday
Monday 31st 9am to 5pm

When I bought mine I was not asked for it. They had a folder with all the forms in and just found my completed application. |  | | |

I'd hope not. I paid for my deposit over the phone so I don't actually have a receipt, so it'd be a bit of a kick in the nuts for them to need one when paying up. |  | | |

I do yes.
There were ring binders with the completed forms in them. My form was found and then my payment etc was processed on the computer. I am sure there is a method in this apparent madness somewhere! | | | |

There was part of the process that involved the computer. The receipt has your customer number which is probably how they find you on the system, but it would be odd if it didn't work off surnames too. | |

Ring binders, crikey, where did they get them from...Beamish? Was the woman using a quill pen and inkwell? Do we still do the accounts with an abacus and the wages with a slide rule?
It does give rise to another revenue opportunity, opening the club offices on Sunday as a museum.
Please, please please can somebody bring the club administration into the digital age. I realise church heating companies are unlikey to be at the forefront of the digital revolution so we might need some hand holding for members of the board but it would open up a whole new world for them. | | | |

I agree that there's no problem whatsoever using the most effective method they see fit, and if people just have to give their name then it doesn't matter if they're using a file of forms or a database. The computer can be updated when people pay so it's not really a problem.
The thread itself is a great idea as it'll prompt people to pay deposits. We've all seen how useful this messageboard has been to the club over the last year or so in terms of giving feedback and they've made excellent use of it at times. On this occasion there's no real issue around paying the balance so I can't see why they'd take much notice of any complaints around how they're doing it. |  |

Tbf, R&D were manufactured, whereas AFC Fylde already existed.

Paid the balance friday ticket came in the post today very efficient. I did notice one thing though on the season ticket was typed £150 not £200 | |
