Very good point going off highlights. Looked under the cosh 1st half and the one where it's fired across goal in the 2nd could easily have been touched in. Win at Wimbledon and it's a great point.

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10

Dale were lucky not to be punished when McGahey was dispossessed (second highlight). Blackpool looked very lively, although the BBC stats had more shots on target for Dale. But a point and a clean sheet against a side that this season has won all their home league games isn't bad.

Wimbledon look weaker at home (won 1, drawn 1, lost 3, goals for 3, against 6) - but then Dale's away league record is won 0, drawn 2, lost 3, goals for 4, against 8.

We were never under the cosh. They had 3 good chances, we had more, we set up not to lose, a bitmore ambition may have seen us home

Agree that we were never under the cosh - the highlights give a false impression of continuous attack by Blackpool, whereas in between those attacks we had good periods of control, even in the first half

Disagree about ambition - we ended up with Hendo, Davies, Done and Calvin up front, and even though Hendo moved back into midfield a touch to compensate for Rathbone coming off, all our subs showed attacking intent. Rathbone didn't look on top of his game last night, but that's after setting very high standards and wouldn't be surprised to see him rested on Saturday

Not been able to make it to any games this season but i've got to say that from the match highlights that Daniels does not look bothered at all. His horrendous 'attempt' to stop the cross is pathetic. Hope it's down to his fitness more than his attitude towards being at Dale.

how is anthony elding still in league one?

Or just maybe hes not naturally a right back so is struggling,I think there s a decent player in there but it's certainly not playing full back

Yes but didn't he play the whole season for Wigan at right back when they got promoted?

According to his club hes a right centre/full back, his squad number there would suggest hes more of a centre half than a full back, hes obviously got talent of he played so many games when they went up but guessing it's not at full back as he looks lost there

He looked as lost as Raff did against Jamal Campbell-Ryce (now loaned out to Barnet) at Bramall Lane a couple of years ago

Let's give the lad a chance, he's barely played recently and is getting up to speed, which is why I strongly suspect Raff must be carrying a knock
