Don't, you'll get 442 started...

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

12-13 & 13-14 Dale playing at home in their away kit

Some background to those incidents:

The 12-13 season saw them having a black away kit and they thought turning up in the home blue & white quarters would be a better idea. Once makes this stand out is that they told us in advance and we offered to change! They also wore the quarters at Wycombe during that campaign creating an horrific, seldom seem BLUE QUARTERS AND SHORTS AND SOCKS CLASH.

13/14 was when Rovers thought it was a terrific plan to have a purple and black striped away strip which they believed was fine to wear at Spotland. We changed into the white away shirts. Of note, the referee that day was Darren Drysdale (same as Tuesday) who was approached by a concerned fan before the game and asked whether he'd be doing anything about such ridiculous planning by the away side. He laughed.

That won't be forgotten.

And, because we won in 12/13, Coleman decided it would be a good idea to wear yellow again versus Exeter three weeks later.

We lost.

I maintain there is no other club who have worn their away kit or parts of it at home as much as we have.

Someone thinks it's amusing to poke the lion with a stick.

Look on the bright side, at least Rovers didn't have the gall to rub it in and wim away
