Team for tomorrow 14:54 - Oct 20 with 2765 views | D_Alien | Will Hilly stick or twist? My own preference would be: Lillis Rafferty McGahey McNulty Bunney MJWilliams Rathbone Camps Inman Done Hendo Subs: Moore, Daniels, Nthle, Morley, JWilliams, Andrew, Davies That'd mean Slew dropping from the bench but only in the interests of balance [Post edited 20 Oct 2017 14:55]

Would also like to see Slew get more time on the pitch just to see what he's made of. He's looked very fast in cameos he's made, but on the fringes of games and maybe needs more than a half to get involved. Tbh, I'd be happy with almost anything which doesn't try to cut the midfield out as long as we have players with the right fitness/ability available.

I think there solid enough its just phycological atm, all for playing around with the rest thou and I agree Slew needs more minutes, looked good in the checkatrade game, has got pace, and an eye for goal. My twopennyworth: shaking it up may reverse the sinking morale, 3 at the back /wing backs reduces Bunney's defensive liabilities but keeps his attacking strengths, better utilises the numerous central midfielders in our squad & encourages a passing game, 2 pacy strikers allows for fast paced counter attacking __________________Lillis ___McGahey_Daniels/Williams12_McNulty Raff/Cannon ______Camps_________ Bunney ___ Henderson/Inman_Rathbone ___________Slew____Done

I'm guessing he'll be more concerned with what socks we wear......than pressing from the front | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Team for tomorrow on 10:56 - Oct 21 with 1908 views | rafc1977 | My team would be a 3-5-2 giving us good width through Raff & bunney as wingbacks, but able to tuck in when needing to defend. I think we've been out battled, out muscled in midfield & dropping too deep when the opposition attacks. Maybe the extra one in there gives more confidence of strength in numbers as well as creativity. For me Done is as near as we have to a Mendez Laing, in terms of speed & eye for goal. I'm not sure in the current set up were utilising his skills best, so Hendo drops out. Like it or not we are (currently) in a relegation battle and I'd rather have a little change in tactics & personel now than say Jan/Feb. Lillis Daniel's McGahey McNulty Raff Rathbone William's Camp's Bunney Andrew Done Subs: Hendo Davies Inman Nthle Adshead William's J Moore

That line-up should certainly give us more possession...
