Away Pub 08:33 - Feb 20 with 2301 viewsUnmoderatedCF

The designated away pub is the Green Man Hotel (HA9 8DF). It is large & a decent boozer which i have frequented many times.

The closest station to the pub is Wembley Central (0.5 miles/10 min walk) which is on the Bakerloo line & also on the overground from Euston. The last bit (100 yards) of the walk to the pub up Dagmar Avenue from the main road is quite steep.

The trains from Euston are every 30 mins (37 & 57 mins past) & take 22 mins. Tube is every 2 or 3 mins.

The Pub to the stadium is then 0.6 miles.

You can also go from London Marylebone to Wembley Stadium overground station which is the closest to the ground for those who may have difficulty walking, These run every 30-40 mins & take 9 mins.

London Paddington & London Charing Cross are also on the Bakerloo like for Wembley Central.
London Liverpool Street & London KIngs Cross are on the Metropolitan Line for Wembley Park
London Bridge is on the Jubilee Line for Wembley Park

Great info, unmoderated. For those of us staying overnight where is best in the Wembley area for a few beers after the game.

Probably in your hotel to be honest.

A couple of my Wimbledon mates went for a drink in the Spurs pub The Torch post match but were ejected when they started having a sing song.

I have drunk in the Ibis & Premier Inn hotels before matches but no idea what it is like for way fans.

Obviously if you go into the London Designer Outlet, you can drink in any of the restaurants without any worries
