Great value regardless of what division we are in.

Definitely considering renewing down here in Sussex. Might go for Sandy or Pearl Street just for a different experience to Main Stand. Clear simple no nonsense pricing just what is needed.

I agree they are still good value but given we have only played 12 league games at home on a Saturday this season so far (13 after Charlton), that is a big risk if you live 150 miles away. But there is a Country season ticket. And as you say, you only need to make 12 games to cover the cost of the main season ticket.

Doesn't stop me asking the club to do more to get the pitch covered in winter so we can avoid cancellations due to weather

While you've got a good point about pitch covers/tent/etc, don't forget the MK Dons and Oldham games were postponed because of our FA Cup progress and Wigan because of international call-ups.

While not impossible, it's unlikely we would have such good cup progress next season.

The Saturday games lost to the weather were Southend, Fleetwood and Plymouth, the latter of which wouldn't have taken place however the pitch was protected due to the fall-out of the Beast from the East!

Does this mean that current season ticket holders will have until June 30 to claim/buy existing seats and that they won't be sold on during tha time ?

Until May 31st. Which is fine as similar windows exist when match tickets go on sale.

Clever move to increase cost of main stand and main stand exec to fund Sandy Lane and maintain Pearl St prices.

No doubt some comments on main stand price to follow!

Not from me. Main stand concession ST holder. Well happy with the pricing.

Well done Dale

Brilliant value and, seemingly showing the lessons have been learnt from last year, brilliantly simple! Well done the club, I hope the floaters get behind this.

Obviously the bottom line for anybody considering buying a Season Ticket as opposed to paying match by match is 'how much would I save?' I had never bought a ST before last year's promotion as I always miss at least 3 or 4 home games a season due to holidays and work commitments so therefore buying a ST would probably have left me out of pocket!. For me the current season worked out at the equivalent of just over 9 games at pay on the day prices so it was a complete no-brainer with no risk. Haven't seen any info about on the day prices but, even assuming there is no increase, next season's will average out at just over 11 games so, in effect, I could afford to miss 11 games and still be better off! Also, as it means I will actually be paying less than half the price of match by match admission, I wonder if it is worth the club promoting the STs along those lines - a big bold promotion stating "SEASON TICKET SALE - OVER 50% OFF MATCH DAY PRICES!!!" Just had a quick calculation and I think for the Sandy Lane it works out at "OVER 60% OFF!!!" Lets get the message out there and see just how many tickets we can sell? Of course it will be a more attractive offer if we do manage to hold on to our league 1 status so Keith and the boys - it's over to you to make the product more saleable!!!

Are there any money-off vouchers in the current season ticket books? Mine's in the other room and I've just sat down.

After the shite football served up this season I think it should be sold at two hundred quid a head for every stand. No justification for an increase in any stand after this season especially if we go down.

I am a concession in the Main Stand so I will be paying £50 extra but so what? I am committed to the club and wouldn't know what to do with myself if I didn't support Dale.

I go every home game and most aways. Apart from everyone banging on about what a loyal fan they are or what a great deal it is how can a price increase be justified on the back of this season?

After the Uber-negative tactics and poor recruitment of late, putting RAFC where it is, was talking with a fellow Daley yesterday about wether we should renew. £150 in The Sandy for an early bird? Brilliant offer, I'm in!! Sensible prices and understanding the fanbase. Well done to those concerned. Now let's beat Plymouth.

Country ticket not an easy option anymore - they insist on proof of residency outside area (e.g. utility bills)

Which is just plain silly. whether you live next to the ground or overseas and can only attend maybe 10 games should not make any difference whatsoever in fact games in blocks of 6 or 8 or ten should be an option.

Dead right KD. Not everyone is interested in going to as many as 10, 11, 18 or 23 games whether because of where they live or other commitments. So alongside the great season ticket offer we also need the minipacks - say 5 games at 60 quid. Its called prepayment - gets the money to the club upfront and means it doesn't matter if people decide not to come (for whatever reason - this season because we have played terrible, weather, rearranged games) we bank the money.

Of course if they have already paid then probably more likely to come (and hence increases sales of programmes, club tat, pies etc).

Its standard practice at other clubs and in other sports. This is not rocket science.

Also even at the very good value price, not everyone can afford the outlay, and or want to (or able to) get into another loan or credit arrangement . These blocks of tickets could and should be available throughout the season.
