Filled it in but not sure they will take any notice. They have so far ignored the comments on catering raised via the Trust. Time will tell

I disagree about the ignore. The survey was first mooted back in late January following comments raised at our MWTD ( http://www.daletrust.co.uk/2018/01/meeting-with-the-directors-part-1/), and the difference with this is that we're not talking one or two people flagging up comments, we have a much bigger response (141 so far).

Have to say that we have had genuine enthusiasm from the club over this, and the fact its being pushed on the OS for me is proof of that. What we have is a very easy format to collect the information in, and a very simple plan to respond to the findings of the survey. As always the proof will be in the steak and kidney pudding, but the findings will contain a concrete plan that should be visible and measurable.

If anyone hasn't filled it in, please do so

It’ll be interesting to see what the results are and it’s good that the club are liaising with fans over this and hopefully we’ll see it in lots of different areas which will help avoid the problems in recent times. The “visible” nature of plans is a real step forward.

Is the catering contract up for tender, or is it still locked in for Clayton Park?

Stupidly didn't put it in the survey, but there's a big issue with them selling alcohol imo.

Bought a cider (plastic bottle) from them, girlfriend was drinking it in the stand - an offence apparently, I had no idea, only found out when they took it off me and brought the police over (I was nothing but cooperative).

If we can't drink it in the stand and can't drink it in the bars, what's the point in them selling it??

Old hot dogs were 10x better than the one's they currently sell, bread is usually soggy or rock hard.

Ask for black coffee, pour some out and then spend half an hour opening those piddly milk cartons like I do. I have to set off from home 15 minutes earlier than usual so I don't miss the kick off!

Shame there is no question in there relating to the biggest joke of all and that is the regularity with which they run out of food before half time in the Pearl Street!

I know, and I did.
This wasn't meant as a criticism of the survey, just more of a prompt for people to raise it.

That was exactly what I put. It's not so much the range of products, more the fact that what is supposed to be available is rarely so for more than 30 mins into the game.

Nothing to do with club catering, but just a quick promotion of a venue to down enough ale to make club catering seem slightly less bobbins.

Give them time to, erm, digest the responses and look at the issues that have cropped up since then and the survey results and plan of action will be available to all as stated.

AS said last week, we've met with the club over this. It's not as straightforward as the old days as has been mentioned elsewhere, it's an outside organsiation doing the kiosks. But they were sent the 14 page document we supplied the club with which contained the findings of the survey, emails received and comments from social media. We'll get the feedback from what we've supplied them with and hopefully some sort of action plan, and we'll continue to monitor it over the next few weeks and will continue to provide feedback to the club. I doubt we'll see an immediate turnaround tomorrow night but no reasons why changes can't be forthcoming. As said in the statement on the Trust website last week, the club very much welcomed the report and were keen to address it.
