Yeah, he’s often good when talking about the game in general and how the club tries to operate. It makes the unnecessary comments after some games even more obvious because it achieves nothing apart from detracting from the positives of interviews like this. Insight helps fans appreciate more and that’s something the club bear a responsibility for, so to ensure this is represented better with regular freeview output like today. |  |

I think that’s the point made, though, JR. He does do these pre-match interviews frequently but, unless you subscribe to iFollow, you don’t get to see them. Most supporters only get to hear snippets pre and post match and the media are always going to carry his daft or antagonistic remarks. [Post edited 8 Sep 2018 8:40]

You're right and I know that but I couldn't bite my tongue when the opening gambit was"I don't know how people don't enjoy KH's interviews.."
It's patently obvious and understandable why people get wound up and as you rightly say, negativity sells - as a result, the good feeling garnered from 9 insightful interviews will always be outweighed by 1 duff one where he slags the fans off etc | | | |
