As a big advocate of getting individuals on the autism spectrum into employment with my old firm I can say having autism is debilitating.
The unemployment rate among autism suffers is horrific. Having bugger all money on which to live together with a difficulty in relating to other people and social situations is a big handicap to overcome.
Comments like its only a disability if your choose for it to be so is big style wide of the mark. |
The autism scale is quite a broad one. It’s quite obvious Dalien is not referring to severely autistic people. My how self righteous people are these days.
