Just to add that there was nothing that could not be brought up. It was an very open and honest meeting as I wrote, and I think I brought up most of the issues / concerns from here over the last few days. If I've not covered it, it was down to time constraints (meeting took close to 2 hrs) and should not be seen as being evidence of proof, so apologies to the Biggins Conspiracists.

LOve to, but I’m going to clean my bathroom, I usually do it on a Friday , but I just simply didn’t get round to it. I’m then going for a pre match shandy, and then I’m going to witness a) a rousing dale performance which removes any doubt about Hill’s standing. Or b) a gutless dale performance which removes any doubt about hill’s standing.

On the subject of players and coaching staff falling out. Doesn't how we judge it on whether a petulant player won't do as they are told, or if the member of the coaching staff is being a grade 1 arsehole?

It doesn’t matter really, James. As I said on another thread, this happened when we were doing well and it happens at every club the world over.

The fact that people are choosing to moan about it to others now is the issue, as far as I’m concerned.

We are best ignoring it and focusing on the team now, as nobody knows who to believe and, as we are not at training every day, or around the club every day, that’s all we can do.

You are absolutely right. I wonder what the reaction would have been had DB said to Col. 'There are occasionally disagreements like in all work places, but overall the mood is positive' Anyway fingers crossed for 3 points towards the totaliser this afternoon

Open, official, transparent communication. 2nd in two days.

I hope lost of people take Andrew up on his offer and pack out the room and make the event a success.

You are coming across as desperate to show support. Kilpatrick said nothing absolutely nothing in his statement apart from seasonal greetings and well wishes to Dunphy. If that's an example of "Open, official, transparent communication." then you are easy to please but we already knew that.

This is not the time for bickering.

It will take a very brave board to face the fans now I hope they cancel it for their own good and the fans good. Now is not the time for an angry fans forum it will kick off big time. I can see the fans fighting amongst themselves, hope the security is in place.

This is not the time for bickering.

He has. He says very calmly and clearly:

"I hope you will take the opportunity to come along and meet us and put any questions to us. "

Hopefully as many people, with as many questions as possible, take Andrew and the Board up on that opportunity.

I believe there was blood on the floor at a previous fans forum this one has the potential to go the same way if it goes ahead I would avoid it on safety grounds but would love to be a fly on the wall... btw your support of the club is to be admired.

"There was an amount of rubbish left to the right at the Pearl Street Stand, including a tyre that was thrown at visiting supporters. The club have ordered skips and this area should be cleared ahead of this Saturday’s game with Burton Albion."

There's still a massive pile of tyres in that corner.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

And how has that single tyre become a Halfords depot? The feeling of being bullshitted by this simple situation is gnawing at any genuine faith I may have taken from the club endorsed minutes. I don't know how to post photos on here but I do have one from today.

At least you can decipher the amount of truth someone is capable of telling, when they can't even be honest about something we can all see, imagine what could actually happen behind closed doors regarding an explanation to the goings on.....mmm

Yes, I have attended them and shareholder AGMs.

They are both always interesting and it is also interesting to see the questions asked properly in person (as opposed to an internet forum).

My glass isn't overflowing here for Hill btw. I see the difficult balance for a board of deciding:

1) Significant financial outlay in changing the manager
2) The harm in the short term that that financial outlay might do to the club
3) Would changing the manager change much with the players that we have already and could recruit in the next three weeks?
4) If so, wouldn't wait and see be a better approach?

The form table says:
* For 26 games we are not a bottom four side
* For the last 10 games we ARE a bottom four side
* For the last six games we are not a bottom four side.

https://www.soccerstats.com/formtable.asp?league=england3

The crux for the board is whether they have an appetite to commit a lot of money exiting Hill and then the effect of that on seasons 2020/21 and 2021/22.

I don't think we have enough cash on hand to deal with Hill in one go.

We've changed our model to sell now and budget using the sell ons for future seasons.

In the meantime we quite like League 1 football. As I think I've posted elsewhere the TV and the gate money is much better than League 2 by a considerable margin.

It's much better than the sh*te I've watched in League 2 over too many years with better attendances and quality in games in League 1 than others. I'd like us to retain that status.

I think if Hill goes now we will go down like a stone.

It will kill the transfer window activity being attempted and the financial impact kills the next two seasons. We could be fighting a relegation battle in 12 months time in League 2 on that same basis. We do not know, but can suspect that some of our players have relegation release clauses in their contracts if we went down.

I think if we keep Hill we might stay up or we might not.

We have a bottom eight budget like we did last year and will be in the bottom eight again but I hope not the bottom 4. The difference this season is we have 30 points. As a resident bucket posted last night bury stayed up under Lee Clark with 29 points at the end of January.

Either way I think that his position is now going to be reviewed in May with regards to the long term plan of a new board.

The fans forum on the 14th is a great opportunity for all fans to go and voice their views. I hope that as well as the Board Keith is there again to answer questions; its important that he does.

I don't though expect this huge revolutionary change of manager in this transfer window in which case the only option I have it to get behind all the players who take the field whoever they might be.

I haven't missed a fans forum for years, and they can be informative but 9 out of 10 questions are the usual stuff....To be honest I don't think this one will be any different. I have never heard really tough questions being asked apart from one I asked a few forums back...I think a lot of people won't even bother to turn up to this one on the 14th. A lot of fans have just about had enough and will stay away....We will see on the night..

Those who stay away from the 14th cannot say the Board did not open the door and allow them to ask questions.

I think it will be a good turnout.
