Can't stand either of those songs, insipid, overplayed, Radio 2 fodder.
The Stone Roses first album remains one of my all time favourites though. I was leaving school the summer it came out and it brings back a lot of good memories. We were stood near to the mixing desk with a great view when some nobhead decided he was going to push his way through, eventually knocking me into a bouncer, who took exception to being bumped into and so punched me in the stomach and shoved me back.
I think he hurt his arm.

I like the music played at Dale, I get that I'm in a minority on here though and I understand why people get annoyed with it but stories like this show the club in a positive light which is a good thing.
Would like a couple of changes now though as well like the run out music, it was very Keith Hill and he aint here so lets have a change at some point. | |
