Baah is obviously exciting but is far from the finished article. Wonder goal at Wigan aside, he hasn't really impressed when given the opportunity to start and tends to go missing from games for long periods. Not knocking the lad, he's a great prospect but I think he'd benefit from staying here and really kicking on in the next few years rather than getting lost in the system of a 'big' club. Then again, I guess the same could've been said of Adshead and others, so we'll see. |  | | |

I like Fabio and want him to do well, but I have never seen him as a game changer - Kwadwo is the closest we have and about our only plan B from the bench when he isn't starting. I hope we don't let him go if the rumours are true. I fear economics during this second lockdown mean we might be forced to. |  |

Does the following happen a fair amount?
Agent calls various clubs who they think will be interested in a player. Some clubs say no, some 'sure send us some information about him and a highlight reel'
Agent tells the press 'these clubs are interested in this player' Clubs look at info and highlight reel. Most of the time that is it, on a rare occasion scouts gets sent to training and a match. On even rarer occasions the player is signed. | |

Big clubs buy on potential that they can mould rather than looking for a finished article at a L1 club now though. Look at Matheson, there are plenty of fans on here that don't believe he will ever be a Premier League player, but we got (presumably) a record fee for him last January. |  |
