So refreshing to hear it, as I'm sure most of us see it. Too much passing it around in the middle of the pitch, give it a wallop if needs be, getting forward quickly and pretty isn't always best. He seems so honest, speaks exactly what he thinks and always gives a fair, balanced assessment after a game. Plus he looks like he's got an endearing personality (people who've met him have said he's a very nice guy) but of course he obviously can toughen up in front of the players when necessary. I remember in the post-match interview for his first win as manager he said he felt relieved, with a big smile on his face - that part made me smile, too. He's also visibly happy in yesterday's post-match interview. And when you see that you simply can't help but feel delighted for him. |  | | |

What a relief to finnally find a manager who is not afraid to critisise the team,the previous managers have sounded like they have not watched the same game you have.Its early days but i think if he carrys on being honest with the fans he will not go far wrong.Honesty is always the best policy in football and life. | | | |
