Someone pointed out that their season card number didn't work, but a random number did. Joking aside, it's a serious matter that everyone who has bought a ticket has had their email address potentially made public. Don't shoot the messenger! | | | |

I think the issue is that it is presumably possible for one person to buy as many tickets as they have genuine email addresses, the flaw being that actual names and addresses are rendered completely redundant. This is pure speculation, I hasten to add, as I haven't myself purchased a ticket | | | |

While there's not that many season ticket holders to start with, if it is actually that simple there will be a few folk trying their own number to buy a ticket finding it to be unsuccessful, the whole thing is a bit of a shit show really and didn't need to be so rushed through. | | | |

If the title of the box had been more self explanatory and not just 'Enter account number' e.g.
'Enter your season card ID number.'
and another maybe added as an extra box...
Enter your surname or a password.
If it's too much programming to change it. Then lock the email/or better blank out the current email
Put a warning in big letters. If you are not the season ticket holder of this 'ID number' you will not be able to redeem this ticket and it will become nonrefundable. Please check you have the correct Season ticket ID that matches your home address. | | | |

I put my 4 digit id no from SC in and got this message back: We look forward to welcoming you back to the Crown Oil Arena. (it's @ Turf Moor) If you have chosen to collect your card (I did) we will communicate in due course when they will be available.
It says they can be collected from Turf Moor on a screen prior to odering which I took a screen snapshot of) - I really hope this will be the case. Also, I have no seat allocated on my on-line order ...... is this the case for others? Presumably I'll have to wait til I get there and collect it to find out where the seat is.
