Burnley v Rochdale EFL Cup 16:43 - Sep 6 with 34962 views100notout

Have I missed it or has the date for this fixture not yet been announced?

Seems strange that nothing has been sorted yet.

Poll: So who do you believe - Hendo or the Board?

Did anyone see/hear the attendance? I’ve looked in the usual places but can’t see a figure as having been reported

Did anyone else notice an incident between Stockdale and one of their players (I think it was Bardsley but I could be wrong) just after the melee after one of their goals? I'm sure I saw their player raise an arm towards Stockdale as he was heading over for throw in and he slapped it away but nothing seemed to come of it. I put it down to a Stockdale/Bardsley connection through Sunderland and it being a bit of fun rather than anything malicious

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Their player (Bardsley?) went to clear the ball upfield and his clearance cannoned back off our player and flew straight towards Stockdale who luckily swerved out the way fast, he seemed to speak to Bardsley laughing and joking, they then high fived each other.
Thats how I saw it anyway

I think he grabbed Robbie's cap. Didn't seem malicious in anyway.

I'm sure it was all good natured. Couple of mates larking about in a light-hearted way.

Hardly lucrative then compared with the trip to Old Trafford two years ago.
If the average ticket price was £7.50 after VAT was deducted and then taking allowable expenses into account before a net figure was calculated we wouldn’t have come away with a massive cheque.
I suppose that United away is a one-off where making money is concerned though and every little bit helps.
Definitely worth it though if only for the experience.
