Hello,
At the moment we are using a portable PA system. Yes this does requiring us to turn off tv sound. I do run over to the stage and try catch them, but sometimes they have already started the man of match speech. Once we have a new microphone, this will require us to switch off tv sound for the microphone to work. I will mention it on Monday to remind and turn it off, if using the portable system. | |

Got here early as usual to have an extra pint just to help the Dale's match day revenue. We had called in Subway for a sandwich on the way and went in the Radcliffe to eat it with a pint. Then we spotted the food stall, saved our sandwiches for later and had a beef and potato curry instead sticking a few more quid in the Dale coffers. The people serving us were helpful and let me try a spoonful of the chicken kadai first, was a bit sweet for my taste.
Providing some pre-match food is a good idea and I hope enough fans buy it to make it worthwhile for the club. |  | | |

Me too. It's very annoying. Accuracy and correct notation is so important in financial dealings, albeit just on a menu/price list in the Radcl...., erm, the Ratcliffe. | |

Somebody on the Northampton fans forum has called out how good our fans bar is. Great size, good service and excellent food was his verdict and way better than anything at Sixfields. Sometimes we forget that we have some pretty good assets. | | | |

The Ratcliffe seemed quieter yesterday than it has been recently but there didn’t seem to be too many Northampton fans in there.
When we played Carlisle it was rammed at one stage but I suppose they brought over twice as many fans.
The key to making money there before the game would seem to be making it attractive to away supporters which is working.
I personally have stopped drinking in town before the game and use the Ratcliffe instead. The club needs the money! | | | |
