Like with many players I am sure he will have had offers, but not necessarily one he will currently be prepared to accept. What wage does he want, what contract length, what area of the country does he want to play? By the time August and September hit some players have to adjust their expectations. I would like to see Jamie, back at the Dale, but then I would like to win the lottery. Jamie Allen will no doubt be receiving decent offers and a further factor, are clubs selling themselves to him. I could dream of Jamie taking a pay cut and returning to the Dale due to his links with the club and the town, but as the club spoke to him or is it wishful thinking on my part. | | | |
