This is becoming a decent start to the season, 14 points in the first 10 games is our best haul in tiers 3 or 4 for the last 10 seasons... 1.4 pts per game for the season would take us to a comfortable 64 points.. comparable with our first season in the National League

We definitely need to improve defensively & limit the number and quality of chances that we present to the opposition, but that said I agree that 10th is a decent position to be in given our start, the injury situation & Watson never having managed at this level.
Got a bit giddy though with 10 mins to go, if we’d have nicked it we would be in 5th this morning!

Yes Brown has everything to be a top top player. He's got strength, speed, touch, and with 3 goals in 4 games he's shown he can finish. I dont know if it's a confidence thing with him but if he can overcome that he can go a long way. Watson mentioned he'd been working on his finishing with some extra sessions with Hendo - its certainly paying off.

I agree with you and given how Derby are doing, I'm worried that they might want him back.

Poll: Who do you think bury should appoint as their next manager?

Just seen that Tobi is joint top of the cards for L2.

4 yellow, 1 red.

Was surprised he wasn’t booked for handball before his unarguable yellow late on Saturday.

One more yellow for an accumulation ban.

Poll: DF in or out

Dale found a way and the unbeaten LG2 run continues (5 league games).

I have no idea how.

Tranmere No 29 with the miss of the season, worse than Mike Fondop shooting wide at Spotland in the Oldham game. If it finished 3-1 we could not have complained.

There does seem to be togetherness building , something we had in spades last season and something that will serve us well as the season progresses.

Still work in progress with an injury list that gets longer with each game.

Its a strange league table at the moment. Crewe UNBEATEN in the opening 10 games and Dale could be just one point behind them come 5pm Saturday with an away win.
