Bury not had any approach for barker and like yourselves we've been linked to about 20 forwards in last week. At the moment I think our squad is far weaker than this time last season, we had Lowe bishop Lewis Harrad and jones attack wise now after suprisingly letting Harrad go we've only got lateef, bishop and Lewis. We have Jordan rugg on trial from Wigan but can't see him getting the goals. Don't know how you lot feel but you can't start a season without a number 9 and we've not given out that number. So hopefully we will get 1 this week. Bishop missed todays friendly with a knock surprise surprise. So as it stands I can see you lot laughing at us come may coz we have a poor defence and a very weak strikeforce.. I don't get to excited when I see your squad either, you seem to have some decent defenders and solid ish midfield but no 20 goal striker!!!!! Wouldnt surprise me if Adams gets 10 goals for Crawley and Harrad 20 plus for Cheltenham. Next week a cheeky double on Barnsley and m/boro I think should be a decent price.. |  |

Wigan brought a development squad and we were playing a few of the younger lads. Jones was busy and promising according to the Bradford forum. I'm a season ticket holder but don't go to home friendlys. I usually go to Raccy and Ramsbottom mainly for the beer and to help them out financially. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

I For one is sorry to see Ritchie leave like-I said on another thread Rather have him leaving at beginning of season then be doing well mid-season and someone coming In for him.
