Whilst I am fully aware Rochdale town centre is a shithole and is lucky to get the one red dot it was given in the survey, Oldham gets four yellow dots (whatever the fook that means but I'm sure it's better than one red dot)! Manchester gets the same - four yellow dots - which is ridiculous. Manchester is a great city centre and Oldham's a dump (although not as much as a dump than Rochdale granted). As much as it pains me to say it, Bury gets three yellow dots and Bury is far better than Oldham.
However, treat this with caution as I've no fookin idea what the dots mean I've just guessed the more you get is good and red dots are vvank, yellow dots Ok and green dots a land of milk and honey. Because York's got five green dots and York's lovely.
