Good idea being tried by Burnley and one that any club could implement at whatever scale they choose. And that doesn't have to mean Keith Hill ringing up any moaners....

I have to say, i went and got my haircut at a pretty low key barbers today and they wanted my details for a loyalty card. Ive always thought footy is always behind the curve with this sort of stuff. I think expecting blind loyalty in this day an age will only lead to oblivion.
