Interesting call. Let's see what he can do in the remaining games. Mellor has improved under McNulty's playing style, but he doesn't know where the goal is despite a lot of effort. Sinclair has shown he knows where the goal is at Dale and especially Alty. I'd expect Jim to alternate between Mellor and Sinclair.
I was never Sinclair's biggest fan, but he's certainly made the most of regular game time at Alty. Their fans are gutted he's been recalled and want to sign him in the summer. |  | | |

I always thought he had ability, but possibly did not get enough game time. Listening to McNulty, I got the impression, that he may be used as an impact sub, so coming on for either Lloyd or Mellor.
I am sure that McNulty also suggested that Rodney could return to training next week and so may be fit for the remaining few games. | | | |

A simple and obvious decision this given we've had to put Darren Ehimamiegho as an attacking option on the bench.
Sinclair does add something different to the other options we have and so I welcome him back to the fold.
He's certainly done well at Altrincham so fair play to him. |  |
