I think there's a real opportunity here for Blackpool on Saturday. I'd like to see Riga play Miller and Ranger up front together as, for me, this looks the best combination. Wasn't sure at all seeing Riga out wide against Cardiff and would like to see him up front - was great to see him show some pace and strength in the last game - something he has sadly been lacking this season. Think I'd stick with Rentmeister and Daniels at the back and hope he sticks with Edu Oriol who looks a tricky customer. Be interesting to see what he does with Cubero and whether he's fit as we've two big games next Tues and Sat and he might want to keep him back for those.
We have enough in this side to go to Huddersfield and do a job and I just hope that Cardiff wasn't a false dawn and it's one step forward, two steps back. |
