Anyone close to being a 92'er
at 11:21 30 May 2015

Cheating a bit here because there are some clubs I'm counting even though they've got new grounds I've not been to but I have been to 84 of the current 92 league clubs with a further 11 outside the leagues.

Quite looking forward to sampling Blyth Spartans ground which other than for the new ones that have been built in League One will be my only extra ground.

Just wondering if anyone is swaying one way or the other if these two are the final candidates as some seem to suggest.

New Manager announcement sweepstake!
at 17:37 27 May 2015

Once again Karl is showing he has no grasp of what is needed this summer! How can we now have been without a manager for two and a half weeks with absolutely nothing at all from the club. Fair play that nothing has thus far come out about who is in the running (although Ollie, Kyle and McDonald seem odds on) but this is becoming another KO farce!

Two things living in Manchester

1. You could hear the sound check for miles around last night and so expect a loud one tonight
2. It's chucking it down .. enjoy!!

Any thoughts about Preston today?
at 09:55 24 May 2015

Got to say after what has happened over the last 12 months I think it's largely academic what happens to the Nobbers today. Obviously would love to see them lose for bragging rights but we are so far behind everyone at the moment it's irrelevant who's in our league and who's not. So good luck Swindon but if PNE go up then so be it.

Play Off dilemma for NAPM brigade?
at 09:53 24 May 2015

They'll have a few dilemmas like that over the season - for instance any cup competition away Blackpool get half the points. There again, as they won't be ST holders, they won't get a ticket anyway if it's a good game!!

Well done Sarfend - should a P/O be decided by pens
at 09:51 24 May 2015

Very good point BHOK - everyone knows the rules and at some point the game has to end. Pens have always been controversial but no one seems to have come up with a better way to end a game.

Fans Parliament
at 19:37 23 May 2015

If ever a thread demonstrated why this site gets a better mix of views rather than the polarised ones which are started on the other forums I would say this is it. I don't like the Oyston's and want them gone but similarly I now want an end to the anarchic side of the protests. There are more than one way to skin a rabbit and for me the time has come for dialogue, discussion and direct action. This FP is the ideal opportunity for those who feel the most passionate to have their voices heard. The new Fans Parliament would be as well coming on a forum like this and seeking ALL views not just the disenchanted. For me, as a 2 year ST holder I will put my name forward and if chosen I have a long list of questions that need answering. If that is with the Oyston's then so be it, I can deal with that because I want the best for my football club.

The O's are under no obligation to sell, are very clear now what the fans, the town and football think of them and for once I'd say the fans have the upper hand. If the FP is ignored then for me there goes their final chance to listen to how the club SHOULD be run. BSA were too much in agreeance, BST seem too far the other way - a group of fans who can represent everyone does have a chance of turning this debacle around.

The two Ms, Monaco and Monza - two complete opposites that represent everything that F1 is about: High downforce and agility on one hand, power and high speeds on the other. Then we have Spa Francorchamps, a beautiful, previously-lethal circuit full of classic corners and history... The rest aren't quite that special - they don't have that "something" to them, in my opinion.

A couple of things here ...

1. How the Hell do the bookies get their odds? It seems to me they pick random names out of a hat and attach odds to them
2. For once I think Karl is going about his job quite professionally, however considering it is now two weeks since Clark resigned and the fact that whoever comes in has one Hell of a job I think he should have seen enough candidates by now to have come up with a name.

Just think Norwich have a bit of momentum and I fancy them returning to the Prem - bit gutted it wasn't Brentford.

Charles Dunne heads back to Wycombe ...
at 11:12 16 May 2015

If you think about it he signed from Wycombe, got sent back, has had about 4 managers whilst here and probably little coaching - he just needs someone to guide him and help him progress.

Am looking forward to the Play Off finals (might even be a bit nervous for one of them) and then a summer of tennis, cricket and anything but football awaits whilst we watch the flames rise from Bloomfield Road (can't see any signs of a Phoenix yet!)
