You sir are an educated man. The hottest curry I've consumed for quite some time.

will Christmas come early?

Interesting times ahead as ever for Bfc fans. Its never dull. If Clark can do what he did at Huddersfield in the early days and recapture his own football destiny maybe Pool can still do something good this season.

What future for the fans? The true face of BFC.

Excellent effort Curryman thanks for taking the time to compose a heartfelt tome.

Just to add to the Premier grounds from hell I would venture Everton's away enclosure. A disgrace for one of the so called elite. It was tight and uncomfortable, like being in the chamber of horrors were the walls gradually close in and crush you.

Contrary to the poster who thinks Fulham won't stay below us for long well I think they will.

They are shot and their years of comfy gliding in the Premier league are over. Welcome to the real world. League one beckons.

The question is begging to be asked. Would it be possible to update Joe Lewis's current club status.. Thanks in advance.

Blackpool v Wolves Preview
at 08:28:20

I thing the visit of Wanderers in the present circumstances could be a bit unnerving for the uninitiated. Their fanatical fans will be primed up from an already under way boozy weekend away by the seaside and, with a good start to their latest campaign in the Championship, will be firing on all cylinders.

With the state of the metalwork in the Bloomfield stands at the moment it wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility that the hungry Wolves fans took it upon themselves to replay their partial dismantling of the old Kop roof in a truly heated and brutal encounter back in 1976.

As a final thought the difference between the two owners of the famous old clubs on show this Saturday couldn't be greater. One who is willing to put big money and commitment on ground upgrading, team building with huge ambition.

And the other who won't put his hand in his pocket long enough to pull out his handkerchief.

A ‘roller-coaster’ of a club

No one can make a laughing stock out of this great football club.

They can only make a fool out of their short sighted vengeance filled selves.

Excellent work Curryman.

The original translation in the King James is a bit more definitive.

"Behold a pale horse. Him sat upon him was called death, And hell followed with him."

That would be Karl then.

The photo of Ollie above does him no favours and shows how the strain of the last five years has taken its toll on his once cherubic face and silenced a good deal of his cocky strutting sound-bites.
