I would imagine there are plans for a big updating with the end of cricket. The rate payer will be asked to fund it for he benefit of a rugby organisation short on cash. There is no need for this but councils like schemes involving concrete and glass.

Perhaps up there on the salty Wirrall you missed the connection with DC United. Wayne did an OK ish job there for at least a season.

Levien knows Wayne pretty well. His strength and weaknesses.

The way I see it being Jewish or being married to a Jewish person is not being compromised over the State of Israel. The formation of a peace loving Palestinian state is in the best interests of everyone.

There is nothing in Starmer's life that compel him not to forward a UK government policy to lead to the formation of a Palestine state in Gaza and West Bank. Jew Muslims Hindus live in peace in North London so can do the same in Palestine.

The initial spin was thany the Covid 19 Virus came out of the wuhan food market fish division. This was in my opinion a deflection for the deficiencies in the state run virus testing laboratory on the outskirts of town.

The US experts had shared funding for this laboratory and have appeared to have closed ranks. This is not a good thing.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-china-57268111

In my opinion the virus came from the lab based on probably an general gut instinct, Image the virus came from Newport and there was a research institute in Backwood.

I watched the Yugoslavia game with Hadziabdic. The referee did not give two or three very soft penaltie. Otherwise fair. This was the era of route one football hard luck stories complaints about the referee masking over a wretched organisation. Yugoslavia played football.

"The people" can give their verdict very soon. He will be severely grilled for sure. The land grabbers are grouped Putin and Netinyahu. The " geopolitical groups are Israel and US and Russia and Palestine.

Irrespective of my opposition to this move St Helens would be a really nice place to watch a match if it is developed properly it will give the seafront bars and hotels a short in the arm. I general costs are shares by synergies.

I went to a cricket match Glamorgan v West indies in the time of Rodney Ontong John Hopkins and Arthur Francis etc

General Dynamics make nasty kit for UK army and other armies in NATO and some outside. It will be used to stop Putin in his tracks and some less worthy causes.

The Palestine issue is unfair to the people of Palestine and action is needed. By democracies. This means people like you and me.

"The people" are putting a lot of pressure on their representatives to come to a just solution. People like Kier Starmer who one would think has his heart in the right place on this issue.

It is not a matter for General Dynamics or Merthyr Town Football club. South Welsh people seem prone self harm economically speaking, There are good reason why we are poorer than most regions of Europe and it is nothing to do with infrastructure.

This is a matter for political people to solve not third party commercial organisations. The option for the support of Palestinian people rests with the Labour Party and Kier Starmer who presumably will be the next Prime Minster. That is where the "heat" belongs.

The biggest conspiracy theories going was that the C19 virus came out of the fish market down town.

I firmly believe the C19 started in the Wuhan laboratory and escaped. This is the biggest lie told by the professionals. China should pay a fine of say ยฃ20 billion to good humanitarian causes.

China - World war three in the offing?
at 17:58 24 May 2024

There are signs that Russia has had enough or at least coming to the conclusion it cannot achieve its aims other then getting away with a bit of land theft.

In 2014 -2021 the Black sea fleet chest out was in Sevastopol knowing the Ukraine could not shift them. Moscova and other glistening ships filled the harbour/

Now a third of them have been sunk the Navy offices destroyed along with their staff and RF ships are s sitting nervously in Russia hopefully (for them) out of range.

They took 10% of Ukraine without much of a fight. The other 10% has come at a huge cost.

One wonders about he wisdom of the UK Government investing big time in the Royal Navy especially those massive aircraft carriers.

In 2022 the population of Llanelli was around 50,000 wile the population of Newport was close on 320,000. 6 times bigger.

The Sgarlets could survive long term with a local billionaire backer. Llanelli is not Monaco

Newport have synergies with Huw Jenkins's Newport county.

If there is going to be three then the Sgarlets will have to go.

The old game was fantastic friendly and had an emotional attachment. It would have led to the best Welsh players being taken to England if they were any good. It had no future.

I saw the best Neath team for a decade taken apart by Munster at the Millennium Stadium. All the club teams still exist and play in the WRU league. Welsh fans had their head in the sand. Regional rugby was inevitable and the fans were dragged there shouting and screaming. There were only four options Cardiff Swansea Llanelli and Newport able to generate fans .

These clubs should look for synergies with football like the Ospreys had. Sadly they have succumbed to "independence" thoughts. Redevelopment of St Helens might generate some spare cash but they will be asking for handouts again.

A third front may be opening for the Russo Iranian Chinese axis. Best to find the key for the bunker and tidy it up a bit just in case.

The second games was on BBC iplayer and I missed all but thuch promoted "Welsh Way" is a myth. This was hustle and bustle like the good old days then run out of gas and get picked off and blame the ref. Austria 3-0 Wales. Even at the end Austria were well on top wining almost all 50 50 balls.

I can understand these results against Germany or France but Denmark and Austria are medium powers I fear FAW coaching is not up to much.

The FAW hierarchy are too much into presentation. PR, self congratulation and not substance.

I did point out that for Wales age group limits made things very difficult. The pool is too small.

It represents a policy of shrinkage. I was in the Liberty a with 19,000 others to see them play Wasps.

The problem is the lack of fans. The correct answer is promotion good rugby and advertising.

The Welsh rugby answer to fewer fans is a smaller stadium.

Once they have shrunk to 2000 and they will be merged with the Sgarlets

While it is true the vaccine was 'fast tracked' to certain extent there is little evidence that the vaccine would have been any different if it was given another 2-3 years of pier checks and testing.

From what I understand the side effects were pretty well understood before the roll out and the rare incidences for problems was typical vaccines with the full verifying period in non pandemic circumstances. It could be those predisposed to blood clots would have already succumbed to Covid 19 in any case.

Would the "countless vaccine injuries" have been any less with further test and peer review of 5 years more. Remember billions of vaccines were administered. 1 in a million of a billion is 1000 people.

Elliot Myles a forward from Norwich is a talent. He is a strong runner and goal scorer. Cruz Allen is a short player with good passing and vision but not pacey. They play as a duo. In the year below Jaydon Leinou looks a real prospect. I was not surprised man city snapped him up from Everton. Sadly all the better Welsh players have England keeping an eye on them. Kiakpo a Cardiff full back is a real grafter.
