I totally agree with your comments is it about Pompey now or AA's job.
I think he has not got the wherewithal to be a good manager.
He did a great job avoiding relegation but his choices this season have been erratic and the results reflect that.
As for Chorley I saw him playing for MK Dons when I lived MK and did not have it then so now he is 6 or 7 years older there is not going to be an improvement.
It is time to find a good manager at this level, Danny Wilson would suit the bill.
