Sounds great, I can't eat blue or Norwegian goats cheese (the brown one) the smell kills me.
Shame cos they always look really tasty.
I had a sample at Borough market of Sheeps cheese, my girlfriend at the time grew up on a farm in Ireland and said it took her back to the farmyard. What an understatement! had to have 3 ales to wash it away. | |

Lol, only sell British cheeses generally, tho can get hold of virtually any type if necessary. Love a bit of Shropshire Blue, Oxford Isis is lovely (like a sweet Brie), the Snowdonia Black Bomber cheddar is wicked, and a bit of Huntsman now and again is a bit different. | | | |

Nothing planned this side of Xmas, tho I have been approached to do a few food festivals up that way, just havent had the manpower to cover existing markets as well. That's changing tho in the next few months, so next summer I should be able to cover any opportunities that come along.

Per post above, at weekly markets: Beaconsfield & Thame on Tuesdays, Chipping Norton (Weds), Henley (Thurs), Wallingford (Fri), Fleet & Woodley (Sat). That list will be growing big time from early next year as we are moving into a unit where we can grow the whole operation substantially.
