HALL RIGHT NOW: The truth and nothing but the truth. I swear...
at 09:15:08

We are about to celebrate our first anniversary in administration. Any chance a 'pesky blogger' can now turn his spotlight on PKF and give us an assessment on its performance in this time?

HALL RIGHT NOW: Pompey's power finally returns to the people. Right on.
at 13:14:09

And you, Mr Hall, deserve our thanks as much as anyone above you mention, for removing all doubt about the agenda of Portpin.
However we are only just another step closer to ownership. We are not there yet and I think the back-slapping should be put on hold until Chainrai is out of the picture.

And about bloody time too!
Meanwhile, with Portpin officially telling one radio station that they do not intend to take legal steps against Micah's revelations, the local rag is still too scared to print a word. Pathetic.

HALL RIGHT NOW: Now's the time for Portpin to sue... for peace

You have extended a very magnaninous and dignified olive branch to Portpin.

Come to think of it, a bit of bracken off an old tree is about the sum total of all they deserve.

HALL RIGHT NOW: Double trouble — Proof Portpin put Pompey into administration twice
at 13:56:50

So, according to AA, in January 2011 we could have sold our best players and had £4m to use in the transfer market to save our Championship status. Does anyone believe that? The net 'gain' to selling was an extra £2m. Could we have avoided relegation with that in the pot? It is, at best, highly speculative. And that's assuming Chainrai made good on his promise to add £2m to the pot.

The most extraordinary thing about this latest piece is that Andy Andronikou has been so candid. We all know he always had something to say - I even have an email from him myself ('Yes, I have spoke to Mr Howe (Brian) and his backer but it's been several weeks since they showed any interest') - but this is unprecedented. Seems there has been a lot of water under the bridge since he was Chainrai's favoured choice as Administrator ten months ago.

.........still waiting for Portpin's injunction on these articles. Wonder why their lawyers have not backed up their claims that these revelations are 'unfounded, unsubstantiated and defamatory' ?

HALL RIGHT NOW: Revealed - The inside story of the 'Ali Al Faraj' regime - Part 2
at 10:12:02

Phew. Reads like the synopsis of a Mafia film.
While Portpin may hold 'the levers of power', those levers, in fact the entire mechanism of their debenture, is made of dust as revealed in the first part of these revelations. It just needs the proper legal challenge to reveal the facade for what it is. But who will fund such a challenge? Not the administrators or the FL it would seem. I can only hope and pray that while the FL may be unwilling to enter into a legal process with Portpin, they are negotiating hard with Chainrai to make any agreed handover based on terms that Portpin are legally bound by.

And talking of legal issues, I see Neil Allen is Tweeting this as a feeble defence of The News for its complete lack of response to Part One. Well, when I was a hack, I understood that the facts are your defence to a claim of libel. Ah, but that would involve some serious journalist digging - something that clearly rules out The News. I have emailed links to these stories to a couple of publications for whom exposuing corruption is their meat-and-drink.

In the meantime, I am still waiting for Portpin to issue an injunction against Micah Hall and this site and announce impending legal proceedings in defence of their claim that these are 'unfounded, unsubstantiated and defamatory allegations'

Pedro, you've been reading to much Dan Brown. The journos of today like their stories spoon-fed to them in between filling in their expense claim sheets. It's shameful that no-one else has had the backbone to do the spadework that this fellow has.

WOW. That. Is. Brilliant. You put to shame the legions of so-called journalists - particularly from The News - too scared and too lazy to dig beneath the surface of this long-running charade that has eaten away the heart of our club.
So where does that leave us, Micah? Can anyone be prosecuted? Has this evidence gone to the Football League, CPP......FBI ;)

I would like to think that it is at least reassuring to know that we're letting them know we're on their case, however, such is their arrogant aloofness, I don't suppose they give a monkeys.
I wonder if they would be more forthright in their defence if the questions came from The Director of Public Prosecutions?

Next, can you shine your searchlight on THAT strip of land? Gaydamak says he bought it but I believe the Finance Officer of the club at the time (Tanya Robins?) said that nothing ever went through the accounts.

Excellent piece Micah. I prefer it when you feed us facts rather than rant!
All of which begs the question, if you have figured this out, why don't the people who the club are paying £500 an hour act on this information?
I have always wanted this whole matter to be subjected to a legal process - Fraud Squad included - and ultimately decided by the courts.
The reason it's rumbled on is that there has been no legal challenge other than the appointment of a non-partisan but hopelessly weak administrator.

How interesting that today Strathclyde police have been ordered to launch a criminal investigation into the dealings at Rangers. What will it take for a similar long-overdue crimninal process to be instigated at Fratton Park?

One of the characteristics of slugs is that they leave trails.

It only takes the will of someone i.e. Trevor Birch to follow them and expose the integrity of such claims as are now being made on the club.
If only the will was there.

Great Pompey Myths Debunked. No 2 Pompey Are The Club With All The History
at 14:26:09

LMAO. Talk about desperate! I don't think Joseph Goebbels could have done a better job at twisting the truth. What a shame that Saints' fans carry such a huge chip on their shoulders that they feel they have to resort to this tripe to make themselves feel better.
Why can't we all agree that Saints have a LONGER history than Pompey, not necessary richer, deeper, better etc. That Pompey's golden era was in the early Fifties. That during the Seventies, Saints came to be the dominant football force. That the tide turned in Pompey's favour in the first decade of the 21st Century as it is about to again.
What a shame that the stripey ones cannot accept the fact that Pompey's record of two League Championships and two FA Cups is a record that they will NEVER overcome? I believe there you have the source of their angst.
Yes, it is sad. Very sad indeed.
