Could do with the scrotes down the road putting one over Oxford tonight.

They leap frogged us over the weekend and are 2 points above us.

Would a draw be better though, can't have the buckets on a run?

Bury win tonight the best result for us.

Want them to suffer but as hard as it is to say if we dont go up we need bURY with us in League 2 for there MASSIVE away following - cough.

Obviously any defeat to a promotion rival is a good thing therefore Home win please!!

Agreed!

Three ex-dale players in the starting eleven and another on the subs bench - hope they grab a goal apiece.

More realistically, Oxford have a very good away record (undefeated in 12 league games this season and only 7 goals conceded) but the bookies are offering shorter odds on a home win, and a 1-0 result wouldn't surprise me.

Craig Jones with his first goal of the season for bury. Soon to be equalised by Oxford. A "soft, soft, soft" goal - a free header.

It's a game of snakes and ladders.

Kitson now on. Ginger.

Oxford's goal appeared to be scored by someone's pet dog!

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Surely KH is at the match?

But is he giving Flicker the benefit of his advice ("Keep your top scorer on the bench till after half-time") or sussing out weak spots to exploit when the two sides meet in just over a month's time?

attendance 2303.

Thought they had sold more season tickets than that, never mind paying fans.

I imagine he will have been there as we play them both inside seven days at the start of March.

2097 - me & another Dale Season Ticket holder amongst 'home' fans. Keith was there & stayed to the (bitter)ly cold end. Flitcroft's got Bury well drilled & solid defensively & Jones looked class (need a strong left side against him). Tutte typically drifted in & out of the game but hit 1 excellent strike near the death which was well saved. Grimes as ever played the 4 best through balls of the first half and then drifted into obscurity. Long balls to Platt worked well in the last 20 mins but in all honesty it's a poor pitch - very sticky & took the sting out of Oxford's passing game. We'll struggle to play our usual game so maybe worth considering 3 in midfield & a Vincenti/Hogan central pairing for March 7th?

Thing is, we're more than happy to admit we need to improve our crowds and regularly question what the club is going to do about it.

What questions are you putting to your club about how your expenditure this season is being funded?

Oh, and how are all our lot doing for you?

You did read the post above?

Not one for arguing about Bury specifically, but as previous invaders from Barnsley will testify, I'm not a great fan of arguments full of holes. How can we be in Bury's shadow when we see loads of our old players playing for our old assistant manager who can't stop talking about how great we are? It's really rather special.
