Best atmospheres at rochdale games on 11:24 - Feb 27 by ParkinsGimp
Beating burnley 9 men 1 nil , that was a good time LOL
Crikey, that was absolutely brilliant, so special. Loved it when we played Burnley, especially away, the atmosphere was magic, with the two sets of supporters trying their best to out sing (and out stare ) each other.
Of course many others, including that Crewe away game mentioned above, and in many ways our best atmospheres were when we were at our worst as a team but overcoming adversity.
We had some crackers at The Shay in the old days, loved that Lancashire V Yorkshire derby rivalry, in MY opinion, better than any other we have ever had, except for the few seasons we played Burnley.
Darlo at home in play-offs was of course brilliant.
Thought play off final at Wembley, was a big let down, in many ways, would have been so different if we could have all been together and behind the goal, maybe.

I'm sure Mrs Roccy wouldn't miss you if you ventured out these days.
Aye, probably, but it depends on her shifts (if iv'e got to take her to work etc.) Anyhow Fleetwood and Preston are pencilled in at the moment for this season.

Has no-one mentioned 11 January 1971, beating Coventry 2-1 in the third round of the cup in front of a 13,000 crowd?
Their's probably not that many people who post on here will remember that tbf. However I do, as I think it could've been my first Dale game, and yes it was a great atmosphere.

Triffic
When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?
