What I saw yesterday was Team Rochdale playing Keith Hill Football - on the ground with skill and accuracy instead of kicking the long ball up to the front and losing it. Every member of the team tried -some weaker than others - would love to see Eastham back in the team. Some team members were outstanding it was great to see Rafferty and Allen back- they gave their all as usual. Lund back to his excellent best. Syers impressed - what a prospect when he is fully fit.. More of the same please. Thank you to Keith and his Team.

Agree with all of that. The difference between yesterday and previous recent home games was pace. We showed urgency and fluency, tackled well all day. and didn't want to sit back and watch them come at us. Far better to watch. It was the approach to football that we had got used to from a KH side for many a season. Looking forward to the rest of the season | | | |

Yes, totally agree, what a great game it was yesterday. Keith Hill decided to get rid of the long-ball to the lone man upfront tactics and instead opted for an on-the-deck, crisp passing style, which at times made Burton look very average indeed. Top of the league?
Another factor to take into account yesterday was the endeavour and enthusiasm that each and every Dale player gave. They all put a shift in and came off the pitch tired. Last week no-one even broke sweat. That is the difference between constantly winning and winning now and again. If the players came off the pitch after putting in hard graft, then more often than not we would get a result. Even if we lost, we would, as fans, appreciate the effort.
Well done Keith for instilling the belief into the players after last weeks debacle. As Keith said, that result could have destroyed the confidence within the side.
Now, let's all go down to Crewe next week, believing that the Dale will play similarly to yesterday, and get behind our team.
One more thing, I thought the Dale fans were brilliant yesterday, getting behind the team from the first whistle. Well done to you all. And well done Keith. |  | | |
