Not sure whether in this case better gun control would have prevented the tragedy. He also had and used a knife.

She was my local MP but more than that she was my friend. Just horrendous. Yesterday was one of the strangest most emotional days I can ever remember. Local primary schools on lockdown whilst the killer was still at large and helicopters flying around etc whilst at the same time many of the pubs were packed with people celebrating watching the game. Her constituency is a fairly small place and lot of people knew her/her family. | | | |
