Just got back. Typical friendly can't really read anything into the game it didn't seem to flow very well and over the 90 mins Fylde deserved their win, although the penalty looked soft from the other side of the ground.
It was two different 11s each half. First half was a makeshift back four with Bbm and Lund as centre backs but with an experienced midfield and forward line up. Second half we had a more ordinary back four with the midfield and attackers made up of mainly youngsters and the new lads.
Bennett, Eastham, Collis and McNulty were the only players not to make an appearance. | |

100mph huff and puff from both sides. No football to speak of but its more mileage in the legs of the players.

Bit of a non event really apart from some extra time on the pitch
I thought Allen played well first half as did BBM and Lund in defence. The ball bounced of Andrew a lot
Second half - Hassler-Clegg after a few heavy touches early on played well - Allesandra and McDonagh were fairly anonymous
Can’t really read anything into it anyway. The games against better opposition will have far more interest |  | | |

Thought Allen played very well in the first half and Allesandra put a lot of effort in the second half. The overall picture that emerged for me was that the defence looked more promising than the attack. I'd like to see Andrew use his pace and strength more to forge his way through the opposition's defence |  |

A good match report from AFC Fylde. Sounds like lots of shots from 30 yards out, Bunney scoring but was just offside. Hendo and Hooper should have scored, and Rose just misses from a free kick.
