Just following on from this article, I know its not always productive to single out players, but with the amount of new and exciting players we have, i'm curious as to who everyone else sees as our "key" player this season?
I'm going to go with Henderson, simply because I think his goal scoring from midfield/out wide will be crucial, but it's difficult not to list Gorgeous (reliant upon him for goals) and Cav (for his experience and 'fight' in the middle).
It's testament to the squad KH has built that this, for me, is such a difficult question to answer..... |  |

Seems to me Hogan is being championed as our key man. Hope he has a season to remember. |  |

The experienced players should be the ones we really on this season. Our key players need to be Donnelly and we need at least one of the centre backs to really step up to the plate. | |

Have not been to any of the pre season games this year, typical didn't go for the reason of the plethora of changes that normally go with friendlies.
but I will pick Done & Hendo as our key players
Hogan don't know mucj about but he certainly seems to have had a very productive pre-season. |  | | |

I think Eastham is going to be vital this season. Our whole back line is vital this season because we've shipped in far too many goals in the past couple of seasons, defended poorly at set pieces and Eastham and Lancashire have been brought in to try and stop that.
I also think Ian Henderson, Matty Done, Matty Lund and Scotty Hogan will be key players for us based on what we've seen so far in pre-season. |  |
