Not good examples. Khedira born in Germany to German mother and Tunisian father. Boateng born in Germany to a German mother and Ghanaian father. Gomez born in Germany to a German mother and Spanish father. So would say these 3 are more German than anything else. The other 3 were all born in Germany but to non German parents. |

Boufal refused to come on Saturday when Hughes told him to get ready so i presume this is why he will be missing. When he told Lemina to get ready, he said his hamstring hurt. Apparently, same team as Saturday. |

I used the pub example for New Years Day because if you were to go for a pre-match pint you wouldn't pay anymore than you would on any other day. A lot of pubs certainly used to charge entry on New Years Eve but most round our way don't bother anymore. The point i was trying to make is that just because businesses do this, doesn't mean it's morally right. Some businesses probably rely on certain times of the year for increased trade, SFC don't and i'm sure that extra bit of revenue won't go far for a Premier League club. If they have indeed stopped future increases for certain dates, maybe they have realised that it was a rip off. |

I think the point UTS is making is that they have changed the price structure simply because of the day and not the opposition. If you go into a pub on New Years Day, you'll still find the same bar and food prices so why have they upped the ticket prices at Saints? I'm sure other businesses do this and you're right, people don't have to go but that doesn't make it morally right and doesn't mean they're not trying to rip people off. |

Strange Defoe gets in, not even been starting for B'mth. Shows the crap we have available to play for England. |

Not sure why you think we had quite a bit of help from the ref as our decisions were good ones. I remember the days when it was harder to play against 10 men which happened today and we did seem to ease off after the 2nd goal so not ideal but should be ok next week. |

Unfortunately, i think you may well be right. The fact that they have signed Ake and we have signed Bednarek seems to enhance that theory. Lets hope the next few weeks give us a little more reason to be more optimistic. On the other hand, i can't see Gray going to B'mth, he'll have his sights set on a big team. |

Unfortunately, that's the way it is these days. It's the same with ethnic minorities in the workplace for example. I can see why it's come about but it turns into positive discrimination which defeats the purpose. |

I agree that you're always going to get the physical factor, hence i don't think there are any female fighter pilots out there (in the RAF anyway). Not sure what they do in other countries with facilities but if they had to share, this could potentially lead to other issues. Not sure the people who strive for equality would agree that it's not worth the effort though. |

There is a Special Forces team in training (in Sweden i think), made up entirely of female soldiers. Women could do a good job on the frontline but the male mindset probably doesn't help. There is the potential to be overly protective to female colleagues in a combat situation which could cause issues in some situations. Also, you have the concern of what happens when they are captured as it did with a couple of Yanks in the Gulf War. I suppose it's for the males to get over this and give them a go. |

Although they haven't had many fans over the last few seasons at our place, looks like they have and will sell the 3k for this game. |

They've been using it a lot longer than that, "And after the show is the after party" to quote a lyric from about 2003. |

It is a disgrace really. I've just paid out £188 for 2 children's kits to include name on the back. But if mugs pay the price, they'll keep charging it. |

Shame all the training kit looks crap. I normally get some of this for my kids too but won't bother this year. |
| Forum Reply | Ake to Bournemouth at 15:28 29 Jun 2017
Can't we have both? Ake looked quite good at Bm'th so rather we paid the 20 million for him than 5 million for the Polish lad who we don't know too much about. We shall see though, perhaps he will be worth 20 million at the end of next season too. |

Where are the away fans going to be located at Wembley Stadium? For our Premier League matches, visiting supporters will be located in Blocks 112 — 119. This may change for matches in UEFA competition dependent on opponents and their ticketing requirements. Blocks 112-119 on a Wembley plan looks anywhere from 5 to 6k. Definitely over 5k though. |
| Forum Reply | Wembley On Boxing Day at 11:19 14 Jun 2017
I reckon they'll be giving about 5.5k away tickets out too. Will be a lot more awkward now. |

I'm sure i read a while back that they will waive the visa requirement for the duration of the World Cup. |
