If we was winning most home games & draws away at Rotherham, Peterborough, bURY, Walsall then people would be happy. We're just doing it back to front so the way I see it it's averaging two points per game which should be enough. I think we'll win 2 more games (Bradford / Oxford) & draw with Charlton & Plymouth. Easy survive
At the start of the season, with 4 games to go we were offered second spot, best home record, one of highest scorers, some cracking youngsters coming through, and P almost guaranteed with games to spare, we would have laughed... Its happening and we still moan. We've dished out a lot more 3-0 hammerings than we've taken so stop whinging and get behind the lads Friday!!!
Obviously the Carlisle, Andy Fvckeray, window wiper wheel nut trophy game, mistake will pop up a few times...
But mine is - Macc away about 3-4 seasons ago, absolutely leathered it down & people starting to leave before HT as we were drenched & CRAP!!! Macc made it 2-0 round the 50th minute mark so we left. Got to the pub & everybody stripped off & filled the radiators with sodden clothing... Only for Dale to grab a draw 2-2, well worth the drenching!!!
Does anybody have a decent copy of that photo we had a couple of years back, or a recent 1 of the kits on the pegs in the changing room? Just searched the usual routes with no joy.
Said about 6 times in 1 interview absolutely no doubt Dale will get beat, so certain it it bordered on 'dont need to turn up' mentality... well sodje you was battered!!!
