Sheffield Wednesday are one of a few Championship Clubs reported to be interested in Owain Tudur Jones

Tudur Jones is looking as if he may be at the end of the road at Swansea City and spent the end of last season on loan at Swindon in a bid to get the match time he so desperately craves.

And his agent says that there are Championship clubs interested in the Welsh midfielder if the Swans decide that they want to part company with the man signed by Kenny Jackett in 2005.

Tudur Jones is behind the main midfield of Bodde, Pratley and Britton with Joe Allen and Shaun MacDonald seemingly also ahead of him as well as any potential summer signings and of course the possible return of Jordi Gomez.

Dean Sheehan - Owain's agent said "If it's not to be with Swansea then securing him another Championship club will not be an issue"

Sheffield Wednesday are reported as being one of those sides having tried to loan him in January whilst there is also speculation that both Peterborough - newly promoted from League One and Barnsley could also be interested.
