Why is it cut by half?
That's my question - but sentences are generally considered 50% of the sentence handed to you. This has all come around as a result of prison overcrowding.
Because it's manslaughter and not murder, the murdering tw@t will be treated as non-dangerous and likely see a release on licence
So the actual sentence is a maximum. Shocking isn't it!!
