Anyone else not able to buy these yet on the website?
I've logged in as normal but then when I attempt to buy tickets for the game it's telling me I need to log in as a season ticket holder first, which obviously I already am.
So basically can't buy any at the moment. |  | | |  |

Had the same problem as well but I went hrough the email the club sent out and it worked then! So check if you have had the Everton email and go through that link first.
I had this problem for Villereal and Helen Stephens at the club sorted it for me as I could not get it to work at all, but worked fine for Rotherham game. |  |

I had a problem booking Soton game. Couldn't get to payment page. They said they'd look into it but same happened a couple of weeks later when I tried to book Leicester. Hope they get it fixed for next time - cost me a few quid already in postage and booking fees - anybody have the same problem? |  |

I picked mine up today and all I have is a receipt. It has been loaded on to my ST. Needless to say I will be early for that game.
The queue was shockingly slow. Good job there were never more than 20 there at any one time. Stories of online system not working, timing people out and not processing the transaction but loading the ST nevertheless. |  |
