This team should be evolving but sadly looks like it is in total transition. Britton, Routledge and even Emnes must in or around the starting 11. Dyer shouldnt have gone on loan. We need to have players around thrat know the fundamentals of the way we play. We've generally found one player per transfer window to come in and improve the team as of late. Come the next window that might need to be two or three.
Both FB positions need looking at for me, and we could do with a signing of Bonyesque quality/expense out wide to provide us with something other than Ayew and Montero. |  |
